<p>As a Beachbody Coach, there are so many opportunities for you to partner with BODi to help you and your family get the health results you are looking for. I&#8217;m excited to share some new partnership opportunities with you!</p>



<p>But first, how are you using BODi? As a place to get workouts or maybe recipes? Or perhaps you’ve already started to dive into the new mindset portal? Ultimately, our health and success are an inside job, and we must first get our minds right.</p>



<p>This is exactly what I learned when I decided 2 years ago that I needed to get serious about my health. After so many starts and stops, I realized that I would be more successful if I fully partnered with BODi for more accountability. At the time, that meant coaching. Coaching is essentially committing to your own journey of eating cleaner, following a workout program, using supplements to fill gaps in my nutrition, and sharing! </p>



<p>I had never done anything but post some family pictures on social but I took a leap of faith and I committed to my own journey and sharing on social. I saw success towards the changes I wanted to see for myself; I became a better mom and associate, but I also saw the immediate power of sharing and impact we can have on others lives. It was truly unexpected and amazing.</p>

<p>You now have the option to become an affiliate! This is a super low-key way to partner, and it&#8217;s super simple. You have a $15.95 monthly fee, and you will get 25% off of your own purchases, as well as an affiliate link to share the products with your friends, family, and acquaintances. When they buy from your link, you earn 25-40% commission depending on what they purchase! That’s it, no joke.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Business Partner</h3>



<p>I am what we call a business partner. It&#8217;s exactly what you see above, but I&#8217;m sharing daily and building a customer base and team of Partners. I am committed to getting my customers results through our products and Challenge Groups. To be an affiliate or business partner, you sign up the same way, you just make different daily choices in how and what you share. <p>Honestly, if I had a dollar for every Monday I woke up and gained at least one more pound than I had lost the week before I’d be a millionaire. It is amazing how many weeks and weekends can go by with the exact same behavior and the exact same unwanted result Monday morning and I still didn’t make a change.&nbsp;</p>



<p>Change is hard &#8211; but at the end of the day the only thing we can count on is that things change, but if we want something different than we have to DO something different.&nbsp;</p>



<p>Weekends became like a weekly emotional and physical trauma. I would try to eat healthy (which used to mean very little or very restricted) during the week and then eat with reckless abandon on the weekend. This rollercoaster I was on for decades was horrible for my self image, confidence, mood, my gut health, and overall well-being.&nbsp;</p>

<p>It wasn’t until I hit 40 that I knew I didn’t want to be on this particular ride anymore. I was so tired of being tired and feeling bloated and never having anything to wear.</p>



<p>First, I needed to figure out how to start eating normally again and implementing some sort of regular movement into my life. Once I conquered that I knew I needed to extend these habits into my weekend so that I could truly start feeling my best and reach my potential.&nbsp;</p>



<p>Now here’s the thing, you’re not going to like all of these recommendations because you’ve been staying up late, drinking all the drinks, and sleeping in but if you implement as much as you can you will like the results.&nbsp; Here we go:&nbsp;</p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li><strong>Stop Sleeping In!&nbsp;</strong>&#8211; Honestly, waking up before everyone else is even better on the weekends because you don’t have to rush people around right at 8am. Getting to bed at relatively the same time every day + getting up early will have you sleeping better, give you more energy during the day and more time for exercise. The list goes on.&nbsp;</li>



<li><strong>Use your Weekends to Extend Your Workout!&nbsp;</strong>&#8211; Choose a longer workout prioritizing moving your body on the weekends and have your body burn fat all day long! This is also a perfect time to walk with a friend. Two healthy ways to boost your happy hormones instead of using food to bring you temporary joy.&nbsp;</li>



<li><strong>Plan One Meal a Day to be a Big Deal Not All of Them!&nbsp;</strong> &#8211; You know on the weekends we roll from one ridiculous meal to the next. We have to stop doing that. Start by choosing one meal to splurge on and keep the rest tight. Make a late breakfast as a family and then be disciplined about lunch and dinner. If you’re going out to eat, choose a light breakfast and lunch. 3 overindulgent meals for 2 days will quickly undo everything you did the last 5. Sad but true.&nbsp;</li>



<li><strong>Limit Alcohol&nbsp;</strong>&#8211; This is huge because alone it adds pounds and reduces mental clarity but it usually also leads to lots of extra eating. We all have nights, occasions, vacations where we want to drink more so the days when it’s not a thing then don’t make it a thing.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>



<p>We’re all about progress over perfection over here so don’t get too worked up about implementing all of these at once. It will take focus on both nutrition and movement on the weekends if you really want to see change and want to regain your energy on the weekends!&nbsp;</p>

<p>I was an athlete in high school &#8211; soccer, basketball, cheerleading and I had always benefited from an average frame. I also had a sweet tooth and no concept of eating clean. I also have a tendency to be on the extremes like eating way too much or eating way too little. I spend most of my youth, like most of us, swinging from one direction to the other. From a size 8 to a size 2. I know a size 8 is fine and it was. Like you I look back and think you always looked great why couldn’t you see that and why is it so hard for us to see ourselves in a positive light in the present.&nbsp;</p>



<p>My starts and stops on exercise continued after high school as did my love for fried foods and beer. I was having a good time but I just never really felt good in my skin. Every Monday was the same, I’m going to pull it together this week and a lot of times I would. I would struggle all week trying to keep calories down and get a few workouts in at the gym to hit Friday and destroy all the progress x2. This cycle repeated for 20 years. No joke.&nbsp;</p>



<p>My husband and I struggled for years with infertility. Clomid, IUI, acupuncture, teas, cleanses, you name it, I tried it. We finally moved to IVF and endured the 40+ shots a month I consider us the lucky ones. After two rounds we were blessed with 3 babes; our daughter Parker who is almost 9 and twins, Paige and Dempsey who are 7. We built an incredible family. The chaos of daily life and the constant undertone of “this is always all you wanted” propelled me into mom only mode. This, plus working a demanding 9-5 as a Marketing Executive was enough to take up every hour. And then the pandemic hit.&nbsp;</p>



<p>In some ways it was a blessing (in the beginning). Everything slowed down. I saw my kids. I didn’t have to rush every moment. But after a year of being mom, savior, cook, teacher, piano teacher, friend, nurse … I was so tired. I went from working out a few times a week to never. From wine on the weekends to every night. To tortured sleep and endless tasks. And it was like STOOOOOOP! What is happening here?&nbsp;</p>



<p>I was lost in days that blurred into one another filled with endless tasks serving others. I’m sure you can relate. I had no direction. No passion. No motivation.&nbsp;</p>



<p>Something needed to change.&nbsp;</p>



<p>But we were, and still are, in the middle of a pandemic I knew I was lucky to have the work I have earning an income at home so I wasn’t quitting my job. I love my husband and my kids lol so not that’s not changing. So what then?&nbsp;</p>



<p>Oh. That something that needed to change was me.&nbsp;</p>



<p>So what first? I landed on physical health mainly because I knew that at the end of the day this is something I had control of. I made the choice to have a glass (or 2) of wine every night, eat carbs for every meal, and pass on fruits and veggies like I was allergic. As much as I told myself it wasn’t my fault I felt tired, bloated, and lethargic most of the time … it was my fault. I 100% had control of that so that’s where I started. But as usual I go 120% in and decided that even though I had zero credibility being a health and fitness coach &#8211; the only way I was going to stay committed was if others needed me for their journeys as well.&nbsp;</p>



<p>I signed up to be a Beachbody Coach on December 20, 2020, ran a free group in January and never looked back. I wasn’t one of those coaches who someone asked 4x before she said yes. Nobody asked me. I was kind of in this whole thing alone, but as an introvert and sometimes loaner that worked for me. I was able to think and learn at my own pace which I also realized gave me the feeling of excitement and joy vs. anxiety. Anxiety … the feeling I have almost every moment at my corporate 9-5. I like will never measure up. Like 15 years in I have no idea what I’m doing and someone is going to find out at any moment. Hard core imposter syndrome ummkay.&nbsp;</p>



<p>So anyway, I dove in andI started with 21 Day Fix and then went to 9 Week Control Freak. Autumn is my spirit animal. I drank the shakes and started using Energize. I got up every day and did my workout. I ate simple Fixate approved meals. I lost 10 pounds. You guys … ten pounds I had been “trying” to lose since I knew what it meant to want to lose a few pounds. I got abs. I got freakin motivated! I realized we get one trip &#8211; make it count!!! I got busy mamas excited about exercise again! Is it too much to say this has changed my whole life?&nbsp;</p>



<p>MY WHOLE LIFE!&nbsp;</p>



<p>Now I get up and journal, affirm my self-worth just for being me, read personal development, workout, get women started on their own journey and am building a team of coaches myself. Because here’s the thing … if I can lose the 10 pounds that’s been hanging around with me for 20+ years just by following the simple steps that were laid out for me you know I’m going to build a HUGE business by following the simple steps that are laid out for me.&nbsp;</p>



<p>Is this all easy?&nbsp; Oh hell no…it’s not easy. Is it simple? Yes, it’s simple. Is it crazy, probably but is it super fun &#8211; you betch!!&nbsp; I’m literally the most excited, passionate, confident, motivated I’ve EVER BEEN! I still have lots of work to do because honestly I was pretty low and my vision and goals are so high now there are days I feel defeated and that I can never make them happen. Other mornings I wake up thinking girl, you’re already there. Life is a trip, isn’t it? I’m just so thankful I found something that makes Life fun again.&nbsp;</p>



<p>Welcome to my story where I’ll take you on my journey to be in the best shape of my life &#8211; mentally and physically while I build a huge business and raise my family … all while working a demanding 9-5!&nbsp;</p>
