Grab the heavy weights and let’s make them When I’m feeling anxious or just really unfocused I’ll just randomly start doing squats – why? Because movement is medicine. It will heal what ails you. Use these moves to create a circuit, add one or a few to an existing workout, or modify without weights for a quick travel sweat sesh. Get it! I’m rooting for you!
